HOW TO WEAR

Step 1:  Open main and secondary straps. Position pad over the base of the palm of the hand, where joint bends. Wrap and secure the main strap

Step 2: Wrap the secondary strap and secure it. Adjust until the desired level of support is achieved.

Step 3: Secure the secondary strap firmly.

HOW TO WASH

Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
