This is the perfect cod liver oil providing 1060mg of total omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs). Made from 100% wild Arctic cod, this great tasting lemon flavoured cod liver oil is ideal if you don't like to swallow pills. The added vitamin D3 in this formula ensures that you are getting at least 1000 IU of cholecalciferol which is the natural form of vitamin D.

Nordic Naturals has always used 100% Arctic cod livers in their cod liver oil formulas - no fish body oils or synthetic additives are ever used. Arctic cod naturally contain significant levels of the omega-3 EFAs, in particular DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It also contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) as well as naturally occurring vitamins A and D.

Directions

Suggested Use:One teaspoon (5mls) daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. One serving provides the daily international recommendation (500 mg) of EPA+DHA. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
