When it comes to selecting our SAM-e, we have one main criteria, it must be of the highest possible quality. At Doctor’s Best, we use Italian Soloesse® SAM-e in our products, which provides slow and targeted release for improved GI tolerance and absorption.
Each tablet contains 400 mg of SAM-e. Take one tablet twice daily between meals. Do not chew or crush tablets.
