Directions

Combine 2g (one serve) of Beta Alanine with liquid and consume before training. One flat teaspoon equals 3.4g of Beta Alanine. You may experience flushing or tingling/itching. This is a well-documented response and passes quickly. Do not consume more than 5g per day.
