Bone Broth is an all-natural bone extract from our food supply. It contains 15 grams of type I, II & III collagen to help support joint, digestive and immune health. With 13 grams of protein and high concentrations of glucosamine and chondroitin, bone broth could have a monstrous effect on inflammation, joints, tendons, athletic performance & muscle recovery.
Suggested Use: Mix one heaping scoop in 8-10 oz. water, juice or in your favourite smoothie, one or more times per day.
