What is Psyllium Husk?
Psyllium Husk is a soluble dietary fibre. It's a natural fibre source, useful for helping maintain healthy digestion, or for a cleanse. Surveys have shown that the fibre content of the American diet is typically about half of the recommended levels.

Suggested Dose: Take 2 capsules with 8 oz. glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times a day.
