5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in sending messages through the nervous system. This formula also includes B vitamins to promote nervous system health and the herb, Valerian.
This product provides natural-source 5-HTP that is peak X-free. 5-HTP supports your brain’s production of serotonin. This formulation helps to promote both a positive mood and a state of relaxation.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily with juice or water, in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
