Directions

Directions (for a 75g size tub):

Add contents of the container to warm bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes.

For foot soaks:

Add 1/3 of the contents into a tub large enough to hold both feet flat. Add only enough water to cover the tops of the toes. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. After soaking rinse with water if desired or towel dry. Discard liquid after soaking.

As every one is unique, the length of time may be more or less. If skin peeling or irritation occurs, use less of the Magnesium flakes.
