Lifestream Flax Super Blend combines 2 organic superfoods, plus Calcium, to help support the health + nutritional requirements of women. Flaxseed is a rich source of lignans blended with Cranberry seeds, providing phytonutrients + antioxidants. Our Calcium is a calcified seaweed with a highly bioavailable source of calcium + magnesium.

When taken as a part of a healthy diet made up of a variety of foods, one serving of Flax+ Organic will supply 33% of daily calcium and 11% of daily magnesium requirements.
