Directions

Adults and children aged 14+: 15ml (3 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 9 to 13 years: ­10ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily 

Warning:  Do not exceed the stated dose. Shake bottle well before use. Do not take on an empty stomach – take with food. Mix into water, milk, or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon. Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is recommended to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and those taking medication should consult their doctor before taking any dietary supplement.
