GENERAL HEALTH

Vitamin B3, Vitamin B12: Maintain and support nervous system function. Vitamin B3: Maintain and support skin health.
Suggested Use: Dissolve 10 g (two scoops) in 300 mL of cold water, consume immediately. Use before training or exercise. Do not exceed 3 doses of 10 g per day. Allow at least 3 hours between doses, *or as advised by your health professional.

Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience any unpleasant effects whilst taking this product. Please be advised that: contains 100 mg total caffeine per 10 g serving. A cup of coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake of more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with the enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver.
