Directions

• Adults: ⅔ level teaspoon (2g) daily
• Add to fruit juice, yoghurt or smoothie and mix well
• First-time users start with a ¼ level teaspoon (1g) and slowly build up the dose over a week. 

Drink plenty of water. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. First-time users slowly build up the dose over a week per individual pack recommendations. Headaches, blemishes, tiredness or changes in bowel motions may occur when first taking chlorella.
