Directions

Suggested Use:

Adults: 6 tab (3g) daily.

Children 6-12 years: 3 tabs (1.5g) daily.

Optimum nutrition/special uses: Up to 18 tablets daily or more as advised (Adults).

If you have not taken spirulina before start with a lower dose of the tablets and build up to the daily dose.

Increased amounts up to 18 tablets (523mg) daily can be taken as advised by your healthcare professional.
