What is Femplex?

What is FemPlex? This specialised herbal formula contains the oestrogen balancers DIM, Paeony, Red Clover and Chaste Tree, which help restore the balance between progesterone and oestrogen, by promoting healthy oestrogen metabolism via the liver. It also contains resveratrol, a well-known antioxidant. Femplex helps to alleviate many of the problems associated with PMT, menstruation and menopause. Femplex helps to modify oestrogen metabolism, availability and levels. This helps to balance hormones, while helping to prevent or correct oestrogen dominance. It is ideal for those with hormonal related night sweats.

Directions

Suggested Use:

• 2 capsules, taken in the evening, but start with just 1 capsule for a minimum of 10 nights in a row, before increasing to 2 capsules. Or as directed by your health care professional.
• As with all herbal products that have an effect via the liver, it is always best to start with a reduced dose and work up slowly to the recommended dosage.
• Many people start by opening a capsule and taking 1/4 of the contents for 4 nights in a row, then increase to 1/2 a capsule for two nights, then 1 whole capsule. Take 1 capsule for one week then increase to 2 capsules.
• We suggest women start Femplex on the first day of their cycle, then take continuously throughout the month and do not skip a day.
